this doesn't sound like us at all?

Tuesday's draft was fine. Thursday's, a different company.

Can Maya review every AI draft before it ships? 🙏

Maya is now the bottleneck.

None of this is your prompt's fault. A prompt is a request. What actually holds your standards is a system that checks the work against your rules before it reaches you. That's what we build.

Same prompt. Three tries.

Here's the whole problem in one screen. The task is real, and so are the failures.

The task: write an episode title for a leadership podcast. The rules: colon format, sentence case, no guest name, clean punctuation.

Who this is for

PR & comms

You send expert quotes and press pieces out every week, and an editor rereads every one because the AI drafts can't be trusted on their own. We make the checking happen before the work reaches you.

Podcasts & media

Every episode needs a title, clips, quotes, social posts, and an article. Strict formats, volume that never stops. We turn your packaging process into a system that gets it right on the first pass.

Agencies & newsletters

Ten clients, ten voices, one team. Keeping every client's voice intact across everyone who touches the work is the hardest problem in content. It's also the one we're best at.

The short version: if your team publishes a lot and someone rereads everything before it ships, we should talk.

Start with the audit

We won't ask you to trust a pitch. We ask for one workflow and seven days.

Day 1

A 30-minute call. You pick one workflow that hurts. We collect your rules: voice, formats, banned words, the stuff your best editor holds in their head.

Days 2–5

We take your last 10 to 20 published pieces and measure them against your own rules. Where the AI broke your rules, how often, and what all that fixing costs you in hours.

Day 7

You get the report and a working session to walk through it: exactly where your output breaks your rules, and a concrete plan to fix it. Yours to keep either way.

What happens after: most teams ask us to build the fix. Builds start at $10,000. Go ahead within 60 days and your audit fee comes off the price.

The founding rate

$1,500
SPOT 01 · OPEN SPOT 02 · OPEN SPOT 03 · OPEN

Three founding clients at this price, then it goes up. That's not fake urgency. We want three strong reference stories and we're willing to pay for them with a lower rate.

  • The 30-minute intake call
  • We check 10–20 of your recent pieces against your own rules
  • The written report: what breaks, how often, what it costs you
  • A step-by-step fix plan you can act on with or without us
  • Delivered within 7 days of the call
  • Full fee credited if you start a build within 60 days

How pricing works

Find what's breaking$1,500 fixed
Fix it for goodfrom $10,000
Keep it workingfrom $2,000/mo

Start with the $1,500 check. If you hire us to fix what it finds, that $1,500 comes off the price. The monthly option keeps everything working as AI tools change.

↑ actually me

Hi, I'm Zurva.

I've spent the last two years building editorial AI systems that run every day for real clients: a PR agency's QA pipeline, a podcast magazine's full content packages, a growth agency's LinkedIn engine. 350+ completed projects on Upwork, Top Rated Plus.

Encoded is that work, productized. When you book a call, you're talking to the person who will actually do the work. I take three clients at a time and I don't rush.

Fair questions

Which AI tools do you work with?

Whatever your team already uses. Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, or a mix. The system lives in your rules and your workflow, so it works wherever your team does. You don't need to switch tools.

Do we need technical people on our side?

No. If someone on your team can write down your rules in a Google Doc, that's all we need. We handle everything else.

What if the audit finds our setup is fine?

Then you get a report saying so, with the numbers to prove it, and that's worth knowing too. It hasn't happened yet.

Why only three spots?

Because I do the work myself and won't rush it. Three concurrent clients is the honest limit for doing this properly.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. All of it. The rules, the documentation, the workflow files. If we ever part ways, everything keeps working and it's all yours.

How is this different from hiring a prompt engineer?

A prompt is a request. We build the system around it: your rules written down properly, tested against your real content, and kept up to date as AI tools change. The difference shows up on run one hundred, not run one.

This page follows rules too

Every claim we make about your content applies to this site. So we wrote down its rules and held ourselves to them.

  • Sentence case headings. Every one, no exceptions.
  • No em dashes. The only ones on this page live inside AI failures, struck through in red.
  • No stock photos, no purple gradients, no "unlock," "seamless," or "supercharge."
  • Every system described here runs in production today. Nothing on this page is a mockup.

Writing rules down and enforcing them, every time. That's the whole product. You just watched it work.

One workflow. Seven days. Real numbers. YOUR MOVE

You'll know exactly where your AI breaks your rules, what it costs you every month, and how to fix it.
